TABLE OF CONTENTS
The WOS Fulfillment app utilizes a separate set of permissions from the WMS Fusion app.
- WMS Fusion utilizes Groups
- WOS Fulfllment utilizes User Groups
The details below are related to the User Groups that are used to control permissions in the WOS Fulfillment app.
WarehouseOS distinguishes between Accounts that will log into WOS Manager and Users that will log into WOS Fulfillment.
Users are organized into User Groups to assign permissions to WOS Operations. Because a User is assigned to a User Group, processes can differ for warehouse employees based on skill, experience, or job responsibilities.
User Groups are more granular and provide more control over permissions within the WOS Fulfillment app. Permission settings are organized first by operation within the WOS Fulfillment app, then by function. It should match very closely to the actual experience selecting a function within WOS Fulfillment.
Note: There is no default settings on first implementation. The first group will need to be created.
After creating new User Groups, review WOS Operations Users to assign User Groups to Users.
