WOS Manager
New Group Settings
  • A new set of Group settings are available for the new WOS Fulfillment 
  • Each process that is put into the WOS Fulfillment app will have a distinct set of Group settings
  • These will be separate and distinct from the legacy Group settings
  • These settings are hidden until a future release
Batch Updates
  • Add Undo Batch to the batches Action grid so they can be done in bulk
  • Undo Batch - Remove Cart Assignment so order goes back to Unassigned grid in Batch Build page
  • Remove from Batch - Remove Cart Assignment so order goes back to Unassigned grid in Batch Build page
Devices Updates
  • Add a Device QR code to the Edit Device page.  This can be used with the Quick Setup on the WOS Fulfillment app to assign that specific device name to new hardware
Location Updates
  • Add the new Replenish location type to the Location filters on the Location, Inventory, CSV import, and other pages
  • Prevent inventory from being added to the Unknown location
Box Config
  • Configuring Boxes used to be a hidden feature that had to be turned on.  This menu is being made available to all WOS users under the Maint menu.
  • UPC and Sequence numbers are being made available for the upcoming changes to the new Packing App
Reset Picks Options Updates
  • Correct error in Unpick Items option where the order was not being reallocated to the assigned location
  • In the Stage Order option, accommodate lines that were already packed at the time the order is staged
  • In the Stage Order option, perform a Reset In Process so a new device can pull this order to a tablet
Other Updates
  • Correct error where the Area was sometimes not populating in the Host Triggers when a Cycle Count Confirm was being created
  • Display more informative error messages in the error email after a CSV import
  • Correct error where the order barcode on the Order Edit page wouldn't display if there were special characters in the order number
  • Correct error in Cycle Count Confirm where an item being converted to a Lot Required item would fail in applying the cycle counts to add the Lot number
  • Add Host Trigger documentation for the Replen Put action
  • Setup Reason Codes for Packing, in preparation for the upcoming changes to the new Packing App
  • Setup Reason Codes for Orders, in preparation for upcoming changes to tracking order errors
  • CSV Order Import will accept a Client Name
  • Other small updates
