WarehouseOS distinguishes between Accounts that will log into WOS Manager and Users that will log into WOS Operations. 

This section is about the Accounts that log into WOS Manager.


Log In to WOS Manager

Logging into WOS Manager requires a User Name and Password.


 

Create New Accounts

An Account with Admin permissions can create new Accounts. 

  1. Go to the settings menu in the top right of the screen and select All Accounts


  1. Click Create New
  2. Fill out the form. All fields are required
    1. Name will be the UserName used on the log in screen
    2. Email is required to enable automated password reset options
    3. Password must meet security requirements
  3. Click Create
  4. Accounts are assigned a default read-only permission. Roles and permissions are not assigned to the Account. Instead, Accounts are added to the Role.

Manage Accounts

An Account with Admin permissions can edit emails and update passwords on existing Accounts.

  1. Go to the settings menu in the top right of the screen and select All Accounts

  1. Click on the Name of the Account to be edited
  2. Change the email or password on the account
  3. Click Save

Delete Account

An Account with Admin permissions can delete existing Accounts.


Warning: Clicking on the red Delete User button will immediately delete the Account. Use this functionality with caution.


  1. Go to the settings menu in the top right of the screen and select All Accounts

       2. Click on the Delete User button on the Account that should be deleted
