The Party Plan Solutions integration is written against file exports to their provided FTP site.

Order Management

Order Download

Order export files can be scheduled at regular intervals.  WarehouseOS can read the FTP site and create orders based on those files at regular intervals.  WarehosueOS doesn't have a structure for relationship between orders.  Each Guest order will be created in WarehosueOS as a separate order.  Packing slips that details the individual orders within the one guest order can be generated at time of order creation, providing the details on how the host can deliver their orders.

Fulfillments

If an integration between WarehouseOS and a Shipping system is setup, tracking details will be gathered into WarehouseOS. Files are created and placed on the FTP site so they can be consumed by Party Plan Solutions and close the orders. The files include tracking number and line-level fulfillment details, allowing order lines to be left open if they are short picked.

Inventory Management and Adjustments

Inventory Adjustments

The Party Plan Solutions open API allows for inventory adjustments.  Adjustments in WarehouseOS can be pushed up to Party Plan  Solutions to make the same adjustment in that system. This connection requires different credentials from the FTP site.
